Meetings and activities are held at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center, 28 N. Washington St. Oxford MI.  Parking is available at the rear of the building.  Veterans Memorial Civic Center 248-628-9056.

Bingo:
Bingo is open to the public each Wednesday between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.  Lunch is available for a nominal fee. The funds that are raised support Oxford Senior Citizens activities. Each Friday, the Oxford Senior Citizens host a luncheon for persons age 55 and up as well as individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.  This luncheon is followed by a nickel and dime bingo (three cards for $1.75) with all proceeds going to the game winners.

The Oxford Township Parks and Recreation Department is determinedly including the over 55 population for specific recreational opportunities.  Please check the “Over 55” section of this publication “The Township Signature” for classes available. Particular subjects included in programming now as well as the future: Tai Chi, Drumming, health seminars, line dancing, horseshoe league, bocce ball league, bowling league, softball league, and special events.   Your comments and recommendations are always welcomed.
